I'm Teacher Lisa, a 35+ year teaching veteran from the USA. Michigan, the land of The Great Lakes, has been my lifelong home. My husband and I have 4 adult children. I enjoy reading, movies, music, language study, literature, tai chi, and travel. My travels have taken me to three continents.
As a certified teacher with 35+ years of experience teaching American students, I am ready to help your child gain English fluency! I am a certified teacher employed in a Michigan school district. I have a Master's degree in English Language Learning. I have taught many children to read and write. I have been teaching English as a Foreign Language online for 8 years.
I specialize in teaching writing composition, such as research writing and essays. Another focus is English literature, such as Jane Austen and Shakespeare.
Conversational skills and academic discussion are a priority for me in every lesson.
Every level, Beginners through Advanced students, will receive individualized instruction.
